| Comments: | I met Eli at the scenic overlook in Sedona by pure chance, just as I was leaving my Sedona stop for a vacation in CA; he had just completed a beautiful contempory acrylic of 4 native American women looking at the sunset over the beautiful hills and rock formations in Sedona; the piece he named "4 Sisters". His work is beautiful, and his use of color extraordinary. When we spoke for a bit, he learned I would be in LA and San Fran (near his home in Sausalito) CA for my birthday in late May, and offered to sell me the 1 of a kind piece at a great price for my upcoming birthday. He had not yet signed the painting, and did so as I watched. Eli is generous, fascinating, kind, and enormously talented, and due to our chance meeting, I am the proud owner of a "one of one" ELI BLACKEAGLE original, the only painting of "4 SISTERS" that exists, and I will always treasure it. Thanks, and PEACE, Eli, my new friend! |
